Shut out with Best Available as choice

I am in shock right now... myself, my cousin and my son all entered the 10c lottery for NYC with Best Available as our choice. When we placed the order GA said 18% chance and seats said 99% chance. ALL 3 10c accounts were shut out! How is this possible? Any chance they will add another show to help all of us out? Hoping the verified fan sale will work out for us but not feeling very hopeful right now. This is utterly disappointing...

Do we have the final odds for all the shows?
  • I knew demand would be high but why was it saying 99% then?  That was seriously misleading. 10c should have more tickets.

It might have been 99% at the time and kept going down as people entered the lottery. The odds when the lottery closed were what you were up against. The timing of your entry wasn't a factor.

That’s a good point, the odds were only updated twice a day so there could have been a lot of changes right at the end that changed the odds. The issue is people getting BA picks with second and third priority when people who have BA first priority didn’t, something was off for sure.
  • Ok, point taken. I guess all the excitement and the wording of the email...
In an effort to get more tickets than ever before into the hands of our fans, Ten Club has partnered with Ticketmaster for an exclusive members-only presale through Ticket Request for this tour.”
...lead us to believe our chances were even better than normal as 10c members. We have been fortunate in the past to get 10c tickets for the lottery’s we entered so this was very surprising for all of us to get shut out. And seeing the odds in other cities I guess NY and MD were just too many people in the northeast trying to get tickets to only 2 shows. Fingers crossed for the pre-sale for all 10c members trying!

It’s an unlucky pull for you guys. Best of luck in the verified sale! Maybe now you can all sit together? :)

Gotcha thanks. I still don't know how I got rejected for STL tickets if the odds were so favorable for reserved seating.
  • Same... does anyone have advice for the general public onsale? E.g. is it even worth trying to get MSG tickets (I remember it sold out in seconds in 2016), or should I just go for another location first? Will Baltimore sell out immediately? Really sad there's no Philly show this year :(

Everyone... New York is always going to be a mess. There are probably more tickets alloted to 10C for this show, but...there's only one NY show *and* it's the only one on the east coast of the USA with the exception of Baltimore, which is further down, obviously.

They could do two Fenway shows, two DC shows, three Philly shows and the two MSG shows would *still* be a raging mess of insanity.

Considering there's at least two presales we know about... I'd suggest a city not named Baltimore, NY or LA. The bots will be busy.
