I got confirmation for both of my shows today. Now I have an updated email telling me I don’t? What is this?

Has anybody gotten this?

    Stl was my 1st priority and only picked reserved 
    received an email stating won tickets 
     Now received an email stating now did not get tickets.

    Check your credit card to see if it was charged or not.  My card shows that the St. Louis charge is still there, for now

    Still pending for me. I have an email into ten club presale support. It replied back with a 4 hours wait time on getting back to me.

    Me too on the email but it said 4 business hours which in the US could mean not until Tuesday. If they wait that long.......

    Did everyone this happened to change their selection at some point? Someone said their reference number on the rejection emails had the old reference number, and not the one in the new selection.

    My wife talked me off the ledge earlier and I’ve tried to move on. Seeing everyone have so much trouble too, it’s obviously an error. Sucky error, but . . . 

    I have faith 10 Club is taking care of things. As my wife noted, we know people suffering from cancer, so I should put this all in perspective.

    Rest easy and I’m sure this will all get cleared up. I’m sure Nashville and any others are the same!

    Can someone please let people know about NYC?!?? You have people who have already purchased non refundable hotels/airfare upon winning NYC........

    makes much more sense to live in the present tense...
