Based on seniority????

I am deeply disappointed in the system (for me). I received notification that I didn’t get my tickets for Hamilton Canada (Toronto second choice). I’ve been a paying member since 2004 and I know people who received their tickets who only recently joined the club.  After having read the policy I uunderstand that the tickets weren’t guaranteed but at the same time they were supposed to be assigned based on seniority. Clearly something is amiss here....

Ten Club Policies

- Tickets are limited and not guaranteed.

- Reserved seated tickets are assigned based on seniority in the fan club. Tickets will be digitally delivered with Seat locations during the week of January 27th.

    Reserved ticket locations are based on seniority. Nothing else. It’s the way it has been for a long time. 
    This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

    NO
    Winning tickets in the lottery has NOTHING to do with seniority.

    ONLY your seating location,  once you have won tickets,  is dependent upon seniority.

    Yes I know...been to many shows - so how does someone get tickets who just joined the 10C last month??

    The ticket lottery is NOT based on seniority, only the assignment of seats AFTER the lottery. Two different processes.

    In the lottery. Same as you. If you both pull reserved seats, your seats will be way better. That's your perk.

    What part are you not grasping?

    Length of membership time,whether its 25 days or 25 years, has NO bearing on getting picked.
    They guy who joined last month has an equal opportunity to win as I do and I joined more then 25 years ago.

    Hmmm ok thank you for clarifying. I didn’t see that written but maybe I missed it? So my only option now is public sale? I’ve always been able to get 10c tickets to all of the shows.

    It’s amazing how many people either can’t read, don’t read or just have no clue how things work. Be smarter people

    Did you sign up for the Verified Fan presale? Otherwise, yeah public onsale. And then there will be an exchange where you can buy unwanted tickets for face value. Check out the email they sent if you want more details on those options. Outside of MSG and Baltimore, I predict people will not have a difficult time grabbing tickets eventually.

    Yes I did thank you...appreciate the info. Been battling the flu with both of my daughters so I’ve been a little out of it the past 2 weeks :blush:

    Hang in there. You'll have to roll up your sleeves a little, but you have opportunities.
