I'll be there.  Taking an Amtrak from Chicago.
The 7 am train on Saturday? Us too. Hoping for a PJ party train.
I'm taking Amtrak too, but I'm currently on the 9:25am train. The 7am is just so early.

What does this show look like for the official sale tomorrow?  I was planning on Phoenix and discovered it was the date before Easter, so now trying to get my way to STL from Colorado.  Is it worth it?

Shut out for the lottery and never got a code for verified sale. I have an extra 10c BA ticket for Nashville if anyone has an extra for St Louis? Will be my first time in STL, trying to cross Busch Stadium off the ballpark list! Thanks guys.

I got STL BA with my second priority, so I'll be driving up the day after the Nashville show. Looking forward to seeing the seat assignment next week or a possible GA win!

1st choice but missed out. If anyone has 2 tickets I would appreciate it. GA preferred. Coming from Milwaukee area. I would be happy to meet up with you to get the tickets and buy a burger and a few brews if you wish. Thanks in advance for any help with tickets.

We will be at both Nashville and St. Louis shows. Looking forward to back to back set lists! My husband is going to the game before the concert. He's been looking at the all inclusive tickets that have the Hall of Fame museum along with a buffet. Anyone have any experience with those tickets, or know how long a major fan needs to allow for the museum?
    Thanks!!!!!!

I’m shaking. I just got a St. Louis ticket from some they just dropped. I actually have a plane ticket to Baltimore, but I impulsively bought one to this show. Anyone been to this arena? This is the section I got:

need hotel recommendations in a safe area, not too expensive.. please.... the flights from my airport to St. Louis are shitty and expensive for some reason. I guess less demand.

@Melzombie Sweet that you got a ticket! It appears the super close hotels are either sold out or require a 2 night stay. If you definitely want a hotel and want to be close to the venue, I would recommend anything right downtown. Looks like ones can be had for around $200. The Cardinals are in town so it is a busy weekend. Obviously the further west you stay the cheaper the hotel is.

Yeah I'm trying to decide between the 7am and 925 train.  I'll probably just do the 7am train since these Amtrak trains aren't known to always be on time.  Would rather give myself plenty of time during the day once we get there.  Either way, I'll be flying home the next day...did this same thing for a bachelor party in STL a couple years ago and it was great.  A 5 hour train ride with what I assume will be a raging hangover is not for me.

How many have you hit? Busch will be 15 for me of the current ballparks, 17 if you include Comiskey and the Metrodome, hitting Minute Maid and the new Globe Life Park in June.

no, STL is not really a hub for many of the major airlines anymore. we knocked out a bunch of local municipalities to build a new runway back in the mid 90s. we were supposed to become a major hub for a few airlines. then 9/11 happened and lambert did not get to be a hub. it is frustrating flying in and out of here because we do not have as many direct flights as we used to have before 9/11.

there is too much to see here in the day or two you will be in town.

known for beer, the AB brewery is downtown. known for sports, the cardinals will be in town that weekend. known for food, great BBQ and italian food. the zoo and forest park are top notch.

The zoo is free.  Grant's Farm is free, if you like petting animals and drinking free beer.  There's a Cardinals game, and a downtown casino.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

gotcha. Yes, I fly out of a smaller airport and there is no direct flight to St. Louis. I can fly direct to Chicago, but it's bigger airport and they have hubs. St. Louis flights are pricey, have weird flight times (like 5 am), and the layovers are long.. but whatever... I'm going to see PJ.... haha
