I think it is possible that simply logging in to the pre-sale site to check ticket odds discarded prior requests. So if you requested tickets on day one and then went on the last day to see what odds were, and closed the browser without re-requesting anything, it took the log-in as initiating a new request and deleted your old one.
This could explain why frequent checkers didn’t get 1/2 choices for shows others got 3rd/4th.
I got worried about this scenario so I re-requested seats right before the deadline. I got a new confirmation but did not get a notice that my prior request was canceled.
My 3/4 choices have both been confirmed and 1/2 are running today so will see.
If you logged back in, didn't change anything, (and in your scenario) your request was wiped out you wouldn't get a notice saying you didn't get tickets.
or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah... makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

I think the confirmation email said in order to cancel a request you had to email them saying “CANCEL REQUEST” or something along those lines. So I don’t think this is the case but who knows at this point

I personally never checked the odds once I submitted my one and only entry. I think it’s more possible that some folks got their names drawn 5 or 6 times before some were even drawn once. Sounds crazy but some folks got every show they wanted including show D for example as their 6th pick when others got nothing at all for show D as their second pick.
Someone posted that they reached out to TM and they said they were sending emails out to those with CC problems. I’m curious if no email yet could mean a CC email is coming for yesterday’s shows

You only would email them to "cancel request" if you completely wanted ZERO shows after you'd submitted for shows.

I understand what you are saying. But don't rules say they take your latest request? And only way to cancel was to email them? Just logging in wouldn't submit A new request. As long as you have your confirmation email, and you didn't cancel, shouldn't you be ok? If you re correct, I'm screwed. Nice one. Yes, but I’m more saying that if it was more thought out, once someone got their first 2-3 pics filled, they would be put aside so that those who didn’t get picked had some of their top 2 - 3 requests fulfilled, then go back to the pool. Seems weird that some folks’ late picks pushed others out. If that was how it was going to be, they shouldn’t have stated the odds at 99%. It is what it is, I’m not slicing a vein or anything, I’ll try on verified fan and then the fan to fan, it’s just tough to digest is all, and there’s something nice about getting the tix alloted you with your fan club # ya know?
