Selecting ticket order

Sorry I am only a few years in to 10c and made a few mistakes in selecting my ranking for the euro tour so didn’t wanna mess this Canadian one up too. I am flying in from Houston to go to a Canada show so don’t wanna screw this up. I am wanting to get a pair of GA ideally so is it ok to select GA for a show and then reserved for the same show as your second in ranking? If you get the GA does it then negate your reserved pick or will you just get all of them? I assuming you would only get one of the pairs right?
Also it looks like for reserved you are in the same section. Does this mean sometimes the seats aren’t together? If you have only been a 10c member for a few years are reserved seats usually kinda nosebleed or is it random?
Thanks so much for your guidance!

Best Available = GA 1st preference with Reserved as the 2nd choice
GA = GA only with no possibility of getting seats
Reserved = Seats only without even attempting GA
Awarded Reserved seats will be a pair side by side
