Kudos to 10c

Not sure if it has been said but kudos to 10c. They’ve listened to people’s complaints and gripes over the years and have adjusted accordingly. They could’ve easily left things the same.

Maybe some of the merch complaints (pre-ordering posters, although that would also generate complaints) will be addressed as well?

I agree. The ability for them to pull off as many tickets as they seem to have gotten is for the draw and the face to face no transfer system are both amazing feats imo.

Agreed, there appear to have been some real improvements made. I am reserving a bit of judgement though until we see how the process fully unfolds.

I think the Winston Wolf rule is in effect at least until (1) we start getting our tickets and (2) we find out how the ticket exchange works in practice.

Agreed - format for tickets is different, but seems a lot more flexible than in the past and hopefully results in a lot more satisfied fans. Really intrigued by how the face value marketplace works once it's live - seems like a great way to pick up a last-second ticket without overpaying.

The option to get face value tics on a whim if you can to almost any show is amazing.  Thanks

You might want to put re tickets in the title or original post. People still have a lot of complaints about other aspects of 10c. Agreed on the ticket front. It seems to be working although I bought my Euro tickets with choice of seat from the venue as it was better for me.

THIS.  Pre-ordering the poster (or shirt, stickers, etc) at time of ticket purchase, sight-unseen.  Ships directly to address on file AFTER the show takes place; no worrying about travel damage or giving up a spot in line.

How many crap posters (*cough Hampton *cough*) have they still got leftover that would've already been bought and paid for in a pre-sale scenario?  Wouldn't completely deter flipping, but it would ensure everyone who actually wanted one at the venue got one.
