tenclub presale "sign in with ticketmaster" not working

I’m trying to submit for the Ten Club presale and when I click the “Sign in with Ticketmaster” link nothing happens.  I’ve tried it multiple times and even logged into ticketmaster through another tab in the browser with no luck.  The colors just spin in a circle and nothing happens.

update...was able to submit it successfully on my phone, maybe a setting on my laptop. all good now

I have this same issue!  Still ongoing...how to fix?

Please check your browser settings to see if you are blocking content.

So usually I am pretty good at this tech stuff...tried on chrome and Explorer.  I don't see where I can check these type of settings.
