Fan club question

I’m a first time fan club member and have a question regarding submitting a ticket venue request.  I’m from Philly and hoping that Philly is added during the 2nd leg of the North American tour whenever that is announced.  Will they do another fan club early purchase option when the 2nd part of the tour is announced or do I need to pick from one of the cities already announced?  Since the request has to be in by Wednesday the 15th for which city... if I don’t submit a request will I then be eligible for picking a another city, hopefully Philly when the 2nd leg is announced.  Thanks
