I'd think Philly would do Baltimore, isnt it closer on the Amtrack line anyways?

I'm surprised they didn't do DC instead, but really, its right up the highway, CapitolOne is a great arena though.

I lived in DC for six years and worked at Verizon Center / CapitolOne Arena for four, I have a clue.

Although if you're referring to PHI to NY over PHI to BAL, then perhaps its a matter of preference.  Enjoy the show.

Philly to Baltimore = 1h5m $85 Roundtrip train on Amtrak. Philly to MSG =  about 20 minutes longer, and about $5 more. That's based on 30th street station, specifically. But Baltimore still requires an extra subway ride down to the venue. NYC you're right there when you land. It's a negligble difference. My biggest issue, coming from the Philadelphia 'burbs just NE of the city, is that NYC is a Monday and Baltimore is conveniently a Saturday...I don't think I can swing both but I've dreamed of an MSG show since 2003. So I'm in a pickle!

A dream and a grand will get you in msg.

There will be almost nothing front of stage on secondary markets for MSG, just like 2016.

And the odds are heading to 1%

It's not about the mileage its about the venue to a lot of us from the Philly/Northeast area. You pay more for the venue for sure.

Well, you can call me nuts because if i can only make Baltimore or NY i'm choosing Baltimore. Better Venue. Royal Farms Arena  over  MSG for me. I live close to Northeast Philly too.

Not to mention Saturday night vs. Monday night. For such a "short notice" tour (2 months is the least lead time I think we've ever gotten)...some of us might not have the flexibility to do NYC.
