All the parties who make up the government happens to be run by women, four of them are under 35 years old.

  • I love the Scandinavian countries. They do so much right.

  • I love that women and young people earn positions there....but, I don't think 80% of the power seats at the table (if that is what those are, I don't know a thing about Finnish Govt...just making an assumption based on the post) being held by 32-34 year olds is the way to go.

I do think my own country must have younger representation, but 4 out of 5 being that young skews the thinking.  (Just as 7 or 8 out of 10 US politicians being that old/one foot in the grave skews the thinking here.)

Interesting, nonetheless, and I am interested to learn more about their system and how this came to be.

  • It's also the home country of Kimi Raikonnen.  You don't get much more awesome than that.
  • I often think it'd be cool to live in one of the Scandinavian countries. Norway or Finland in particular.

So ageist. I’m ageist, too. Only my bias is against those with too much “experience.”
