Saying No In Denhaag

With the Seattle Vault hitting mailboxes soon I was thinking that my favorite bootleg back in the mid-90's was an unlabeled cassette I had. Trading was truly organic back then, I got a copy made from a copy that a friend had made off someone else. Needless to say, there was no label or any information about the origin of the tape or what show it was from.
All I remember was that it had 'Saying No In Denhaag' and a great version of I've Got A Feeling.
Does anyone know which show this was from and where I might find a good sounding digital copy? My guess is that 3/2/1992
