Have I left it too late

Hi all, I picked Berlin in pre sale this morning as first choice and then received text from my bank to confirm a payment from 10C. I replied to confirm but also got another text to check did it go through on other side but didn't spot that text earlier. On the entry page it had been showing Berlin as first preference but I never received any emails and my account is saying I entered no draw.any help appreciated.has everyone got replies at this stage?

    How long typically would you have to wait to hear back from 10c? Looking like I'll have to go with general sale tomorrow and chance my luck there

    Did you enter the draw before the close time? Wondering if that could be the problem? 
    “For your convenience you have 3 full days to enter before names are drawn. This drawing entry period opens today, December 2nd and closes Thursday, December 5th at 10am GMT/11am CET in Europe. Names will be drawn on Thursday, December 5th.”
