London ticket question

If we buy using the 10c presale code, are these just "regular" tickets?  Or do they have the same restrictions where the first ticket is locked to the buyer and can invite a guest?  The reason I ask is that I am not able to 100% commit to the trip yet, and was wondering if I would be able to sell both tickets (at cost) if I couldn't make it.

    I was just looking at the email receipt of my own tickets and I would say you could sell them.  However you may not get the admission ticket (which you need to print and bring to the venue) until 3 days before the concert. 
     You could probably then forward that to whomever you sold the tickets (at cost of course).  These are 10C tickets sold by axs,  not PJ themselves. 

    Just my thoughts...  may be wrong but the band themselves don’t mind tickets being resold at cost. They just don’t like the aftermarket gouging of fans and do whatever they can to prevent it.
