Comprehensive list of gear used on Riot Act

I stumbled across this comprehensive list of gear used on each song from Riot Act.  It’s pretty sweet and I would love to find something similar for other PJ albums.  The problem is that the website where I found it is mostly in Italian and I’m not having any luck finding others (if they are even there).  Does anyone here speak Italian?  I would love to email the operators of website to ask if they have any more similar lists, but would need help with the translation.

    Ciao, this is the only note from pj album exsisting and the guys on pearljamonline just share it but I don't remember where it came from...maybe from some tech guy that work at riot act at the time... greetings from italy
