I guess it was taken from this source: October 8-13 1990 - Galleria Potatohead (London Bridge Studios) - Seattle, WA

If memory serves me right, it leaked around 2011. It included an instrumental version of Hold On and other unrealesed tracks (extended version of Master/Slave, alt version of SOLAT and other things)

No, I know all that, I was just not aware this leaked and when.  I have had the original Mookie Blaylock demo (or better said the more common demo that has been around since the early 90s in various forms of dubbed dubbed dubbed tapes and picked up a nice digital copy sometime around 2001?)

I had Sirius from November 2012 to September 2017 (when I totaled my car) and never heard this outtake until this morning listening online.

Is this whole tape out or is this just part of the selective dump of things that fell from Crowe's movie project?

"leaked"     No other band in the history of bands has had more music "leaked".   They sure must not have had a very tight circle like was led to be believed.   Every aspect was planned.
