hummus

I love hummus!!! I don't particularly like other Lebanese dishes especially taramawhatsa....and other gunk.....but I searched a recipe for hummus on the intaweb....and it's on my fridge door.....under my son's first painting......it's got four cloves of garlic (crushed)......chick peas and some lemon juice and salt....I eat it with pita bread straight from the blender....I haven't used my blender for anything else since I bought it......I love hummus!!! (I didn't realise how easy it is to make......like these ingredients.....you would never know they could make something so delicious.....)......I get cravings for hummous!!!
