Did you run through the whole process yet? It's like the 3rd or 4th "next"
You choose the shows you want, then eventually land on a page where it says "prioritize your selections" or something.

    2016: Toronto I, Chicago I + II
    2018: Seattle I + II, Chicago I + II
2020: Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec, Hamilton, Nashville, St. Louis, Krakow, Budapest, Zurich

Gotcha.   I only did one show, but I wanted to prioritize reserved over GA, but put in for both.  It just said "best available" when I selected both.

Will we be able to transfer tickets to a friend as long as we don't scalp them? Not clear on this.
The way I read it, no. Unless it's the Denver or NYC show.
For fans that cannot use tickets they have purchased, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange beginning February 18.

You may select 1 or 2 tickets per show. If you select 2 tickets and your request is confirmed, both tickets will be assigned in the same seating section. Tickets will NOT be split between GA and Reserved.

I wonder if this means some people's seats might get split up at the more popular shows.
this is a reference to GA and seats---meaning, if you're confirmed for GA, both tickets will be GA.  If you're confirmed for seats, both seats will be seats and they will be together or piggyback (but I really really doubt there's gonna be a lot of 10C members assigned piggy backs).
This happened to me at MSG in either 2008 or 2010. I got my 10c tickets and they were in 2 rows, one behind the other because the row had an odd number of seats. So this isn’t a new thing they’re doing but it’s being highlighted now because of the addition of single seat availability.
    Uniondale, NY 04/30/03 - Camden, NJ 07/05/03 - MSG 07/08/03 - Reading, PA 10/01/04 - Philly 10/03/05 - Ed Sullivan Theatre 05/04/06 - MSG 06/25/08 - MSG 05/21/10 - NYC (EV solo) 06/21/11 - Montreal 09/07/11 - Brooklyn 10/18/13 - Central Park 09/26/15 - Philly 04/29/16 - MSG 05/01/16 - MSG 05/02/16 - Fenway 08/05/16 - Fenway 09/02/18 - Fenway 09/04/18

I really, really hope we aren't going to see Platinum pricing on this tour as a result of these ticket concessions. Every other musical act seems to have succumbed to it.

Right. It says non transferable (except ny and co) but then says you can resell for face value, this is unclear to me

  • Interesting you can put in best available...I think that's a good thing? But then it defaults to GA is your first choice I'd assume. Then whats the best way to ensure tickets on this? Only selecting reserved or going for best available?

Also some of these GA maps look BIG. Like that Hamilton one. Holy hell!

    I figure it's pretty much a guarantee.

St Louis and Nashville entered!  Thanks again Dimi and everyone who helped get plans moving prior to the announcement.
How do you keep up with what the odds are as more people submit for tickets?
Seeing visions of falling up somehow.

  • Just a note, it looks like if you put in for 2, you Cannot transfer your extra, you can transfer both or none.

ticketmaster is the party making concessions here, not pearl jam

my guess is that the concession in question is a removal of platinum pricing and an above-face secondary market (ticketmaster verified resale)

I've been wrong many times but this is my guess

So will we know if we got ten club tics before verified fan lottery? Mine said I'll know by Sunday for ten club?

no, it looks like a request for a pair of GA tickets and a request for a pair of reserved seats

Yes, all 10c fan club tickets will be confirmed or denied by Sunday.  Verified fan presale sign up is now, but actual sale isn’t till 1/23.  So sign up now as a backup plan

My bad, thought you meant multiple shows. When I chose each show, I had a best available option, then also had the option for either GA or reserved after choosing the quantity (1 or 2). Not sure why it was giving you a hard time.

    Question:

You submitted your request, and got an email.  Great. you are confirmed that you submitted for X show and Y show.

You go back to the page to view the odds, and it allows you to select the same shows.

Do you need to resubmit, or is your original submission still valid?

I just wanted to view the odds, but fear that my last submission is lost.  I THINK its probably fine, as I already submitted.
