What's with the drury, I was booking thru their site but it doesn't specifically state any cancellation policy, just says one sentence about if you cancel 24h before reservation you'll be charged 1 night?

If you don't book a prepaid rate, you can cancel up to the day before. I've never had any issues with them
    Thanks!

Links don’t work yet, but the new dates are on the website!
Not seeing this how are you getting it to work?
Just googled Pearl Jam Baltimore 2020 and it popped up.
  • Check out the Radisson in Baltimore. It's right next to the arena. I booked it for $140 total with the free cancellation rate a few weeks ago.
Thanks. I just switched. $300 for both nights!

I just booked an AirBnB for Baltimore too. $125 for a beautiful penthouse a few blocks away.  I was on the fence, but I know I'm gonna wanna murder my face if I don't go.

Not sure why most of you guys don't seem to like AinBnB.  It's the easily the best bank for your buck.

I think a few people, including my husband, have been cancelled on once the host realizes they could price their room higher based on the event, then you are screwed out of a place to stay at the last minute. You could always book a refundable hotel room as a back up in case the person cancels on you

Late cancellations. I got hosed for the Newport Folk Fest last year and had to scramble. Friends got hosed 2 years before.
I got screwed by Airbnb once too. New Year’s Eve and the key didn’t work to the house. We were left scrambling and it almost ruined the vacation.
At this point, I'd only roll the dice if it's a low demand date or area. Anything around an event or holiday, I just wouldn't be comfortable. There's no real protection for the guest.

Exactly. No harm in having a backup in place.

Quebec City booked.....Hotel du Nord.  Appears to be a nice place.   Can anybody confirm?
Never been, I was thinking the best western. It’s in between the venue and via rail
Whenever I've needed a hotel in Quebec City, we've rented at Quality Inn. It's just off the highway and has easy access to the Videotron Centre. It's a straightforward drive and there's a metric shit ton of parking at the venue. Our room(s) are already booked.

Gotta thank those in the know for the hints over the past month. I was able to book a really good hotel deal over a month ago for Ottawa. Taking our kids to their first PJ show! Hard to believe that our daughter now is just about the same age that I was (13), when I saw my first PJ show at the Boston Garden 26 years ago!
I booked a Baltimore hotel right next to the arena for $175 total including all taxes and fees 👍

Got my Baltimore room locked-in at $186 a couple of weeks ago. Less than a 1/2 mile to the arena.
Holiday inn next to arena is a steal today. Got $330 total for fri/sat night, refundable.
I was able to grab the marriott last week for $350, it's already way up from there.

They have great values but only 48-hour cancellation after booking. Not much flexibility.

For anyone that's traveling from Nashville to St Louis, Southwest is the only airline I can find with direct flights.  I just booked a one-way non-stop for $110 on 4/3.

Book a hotel that has free cancellation and no upfront money too just in case. I’ve used Airbnb 7 times successfully and twice were failures.

OK, you guys talked me into a hotel.

$140 for the Radisson right across the street is too good to pass up.

    Just cancelled my AirBnB.

See you guys at the hotel bar!
