I think he has a good chance. They were on a downward spiral when they fired Malone and Booth (4 straight losses) and some brutal late-season losses to the Wizards and Bulls. They won their last three regular season games which were critical for seeding. They beat the loaded Clippers with a healthy Kawhi when nearly every "expert" at ESPN counted them out and then took the best regular-season team this year to 7 games. I would prefer him to the other coaches out there that are available.Wobbie said:

Definitely the Thunder are to blame, Ticketmaster is just the conduit.tbergs said:Man, it's pretty pathetic how Ticketmaster can now also dictate who can buy tickets to the games. I know this is in collaboration with the teams, but man, what a fucking joke. Locking out fans of the away team unless they live in the state or next to it is just another example of the monopoly the ticketing industry has over fans. All these rich assholes gaming the system. This weekend we rock Portland0 -
I mean, wouldnt you want to pack your own house with your fans?Poncier said:

You can always do stubhub or I guess contact your teams HR?0 -
Thunder looked nice again tonight. Minnesota took thirty more threes than the Thunder. That’s insane.0

I was watching this Knicks game and about 5 minutes left or so I knew they were going to lose. You could see the Knicks waning.
Haliburton overrated? Yeah, keep pushing that false narrative.
The choke thing cracked me up. I watched that game when Miller scored the 8 points in 4 seconds.
Knicks might win one.0 -
I didn’t know that, so I turned it off.tempo_n_groove said:I was watching this Knicks game and about 5 minutes left or so I knew they were going to lose.

Incredible come back by the Pacers. Where was this version of Aaron Nesmith when he was a Celtic?
Good thing for Haliburton they won in OT or he'd be facing major ridicule for the choke sign. I know he thought it was a game winning 3, but the NY media and fans would never let him live it down if the Knicks had won in OT.
Hell of a game.This weekend we rock Portland0 -
The NY media here already hates him and they keep going on about Reggie Miller announcing, lol. It is driving them nuts.Poncier said:Incredible come back by the Pacers. Where was this version of Aaron Nesmith when he was a Celtic?

I personally think he did a great job of staying pretty leveled during the game. I'm still not a fan of him commentating.tempo_n_groove said:

I like Reggie Miller, always have. Every delusional Knicks fan thinks hes bias though. It's only the NY market, lol. Why? Because they are all used to listening to their local announcers, so when someone isn't slurping the Knicks they think its bias, lol!!!crookedcross said:

Go Shai!
So I was wondering why Holmgren and Caruso weren't on the defensive NBA teams and I had forgotten that you need 65 games min to be considered. I remember Embiid didn't get considered where he should have been too.0 -
I liked Gobert when he was here in Utah but he's not made for the big moments (not withstanding his big game against a small Lakers lineup). If I had known then what I know now...

So OKC and the Wolves are going to trade blowouts on their home court? Sheesh. Glad Minnesota showed up tonight. It's a hopeless situation...0
-
Guess it’s good to have home court advantage in this series!!
Bet the Knicks win tonight on the road to flip the script in the other series.0
