The Mirror Ball Live release is scheduled to be a bundle, not the studio album.
This was Neil's reply when I asked him last year:

Currently on a zoom with Neil and he had this to say.Any updates on Mirrorball Live and any memories of working with Pearl Jam?(some paraphrasing)It was great, we had a wonderful time together. Jack Irons was on drums. Jeff on bass, Stone, Mike. Neil blanked on Brendan O'Brien and had to look it up. It was cool. Eddie wasn't there, but we had a great time. The record is finished as is the film. It'll be out in '23. I almost said 1923. Yeah.. it'll be out before the depression. The video is GREAT. I can't wait for everyone to see it. It's a cool video and we're really rocking. Mostly songs from Mirrorball. A cool bunch of songs and we really did them great. We couldn't use the name Pearl Jam at that time because of the record company. Couldn't be NYPJ. We couldn't even use the art that we had, but I'm going try and sneak it out. It's been 30 years, they probably won't care.Post edited by Travelar on0

It was so cool that Neil answered it, and it was pretty funny that he had to look up Brendan's name!“Do not postpone happiness”

I think I've asked something similar on every Zoom call so far, I'm glad Neil answered it and talked about the tour and PJ a little.“Do not postpone happiness”

EMEK did the artwork, btw.

Correct. And only 10 of the original Emek artwork posters were printed, if I'm not mistaken. No that's not a typo. 10 total!

Here's an interesting thread I found from 4 years back, regarding the original Emek artwork.
