Could Easy Street been a 10'' or a 45rpm release?

Just looking at all the blank space on the vinyl. 

Could it, with its 3 songs a side been a 10 inch instead length wise? or a 12'' but in 45rpm?

    It probably could have been cut at 45. But its better this way.
