Arabic translation on the 98 Albuquerque and Virginia Beach posters.

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I did not find any helpful information when I searched the forums.  I ran across a collection of 98 Pearl Jam posters, and I saw the 98 Albuquerque and Virginia Beach posters that have the jihadist on them.  I was just curious to know what the Arabic writing translated to in English?

I'd be curious to know, too... tried to do some research, but I gave up. I'm too lazy, and languages with signs give me headaches.

I have an Arabic speaking friend. I’ve just texted him to ask and we’ll see.

Got confirmation that it’s not Arabic. My friend thinks it may be Farsi.

Sorry, I’m fresh out of Farsi speakers.

Okay, with your comment and Ukuleddie Vegger, I'm thinking Ames Bros may have just thrown something together.

Actually, someone I asked who knows nothing about where it's from but knows some of the similar languages said "tentatively, it might say 'it's okay'", which if true would be really cool

Farsi speaker said it’s not Farsi.

Someone else said it might be Kurdish

This is fun but I’m not sure I’ll find a Kurd to check with.

Google Translate detected Arabic and translated as “father forever”

My Arabic friends thought that possibly one of the sections could mean “father”, but apparently not really written correctly, and the rest is illegible.

I'm thinking they just put random wording on it now.
