If the poster is in great condition and the dry mounting won’t deteriorate over time then I personally think it should be worth at least 70% of the non dry mounted value.

I wouldn't buy it for more than $200.   Less if i didnt think the poster was cool or classic.  

Opinions will definitely vary on this.

I can't see it going for more than this.  People shouldn't, but they will, pay too much for a dry mounted poster and/or a restored one.

I paid $150 for a dry mounted '98 East Troy/Chicago in maybe 2006 or 2007.  I framed it up and it still looks great to this day.  I'll never get rid of it so for me it was money well spent.
