Hiding Email Address

When I click my forum profile, it shows my email address. I've clicked other people's profiles and some of them have their emails visible and others don't. I don't want mine visible to other forum members but I can't find an option to hide it. Any help would be appreciated.

    You will always be able to see your own email address. It is hidden to other users by default. Hope this helps.

    Are you sure it's hidden by default? I ask this because there's a guy in one of the threads I frequent whose email is shown when I click his profile. Did he change a setting to make it visible?

    Thanks. Yeah I figured it out after some PMs with Sea. Apparently we can see our own emails but not others unless the other person allowed it to be visible back when there was an option to have it visible....or something.

    A little update….
    If you had previously opted in to the old feature “allow other members to see your email” on your profile, your email address has been removed from public view. Only you can see your email address on your profile page.
