This thread is dedicated to one of the best songs PJ ever wrote that hardly gets any praise - DIRTY FRANK. With no further ado:

It was written during their tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers (its a Even Flow b-side I think), and it's about their bus driver who they thought was a serial killer because they found a bunch of empty beer cans under his seat. The funk sound to it was probably influenced by the Chili Peppers. The 'Dahmer' reference at the beginning probably refers to Jeffrey Dauhmer, who was apprehended around the time the song was written.
