took his mothers white breast to his tongue
trained like dogs, color and smell
walks by me to get to him

big hand slapped a white male american
do no wrong, so clean cut...
dirty his hands, it comes right off

this song fucking rules! whos with me here, I think they need to def bring this one back into the setlists, and not just as a tag to daughter. i esp love the version from atlanta 94 with King's X singer Doug Pannick, 'he won the lotteraaay!'

"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"

It is a great song...the "Jesus greats me line" is so great. So much deepness to this, alot of people think the song is rambling, but I think it is wicked.

  • I love that song. The drumming in it is just amazing, david a. was by far their best drummer.

for some reason it reminds me of "in my tree"
    everything has chains
    absolutely nothing's changed
take my hand, not my picture
    spilled my tincture...

Thank you!! I've wondered for over 10 years who it was singing on that version! haha, crazy! And definitely needs to come back into the shows.
