It’s the same setlist he has played every nite. How is this the best?

2 shows so far... Barcelona had 11 changes from the Madrid setlist.
    Both incredible shows!

Well worth the 8 hour flight of screaming children around me... energy was great and EV & Glen were in their element. Definitely spoiled with plenty of songs I haven’t caught in US solo shows, 10c seats were fantastic, and a memorable start to my first time in Spain!

that's something I've been noticing too. however, when I take into account the following items:

-he has only two solo records out
-he is playing in the ballpark of 30 songs per show (that's an insane amount of songs for any band, never mind a solo artist)
-he seems to have a core of maybe 2/3 of the set, and changes up the rest.

I wish he'd do fewer covers, and more of the rare songs (Speed of Sound, Skipping, he could even play Better Days with Red Limo doing the accordion parts on strings), but really, Ed solo, playing the Beatles, Tom Petty, REM, The Clash, etc, for 2 1/2 hours, I'm not sure there's much more we could ask for.
