“Immortality” art print
This was commissioned by a group of Pearl Jam fans that had me create an interpretation of one of PJs songs...
The song itself, “Immortality”, is pretty somber and can be read to be about the trappings of fame and eventual destruction it can cause,.. in this case specifically referring to the 90’s Seattle scene. As celebrated as it is, there is always a lingering sadness associated with it.
These bands were my jam and a heavy influence when I was growing up and 25+ years later are still a lot of what I listen to today. That scene may be gone and dead but to me remains immortal.
There was a print run of 100 made exclusively for the group and I have an extremely limited amount of “Artist Edition” prints available.
