Info needed on a poster

Hi all,

interested if anyone knows who made this poster?  I saw it listed on ebay as artist unknown as well as on ebeans as unknown.   The Who with Eddie Vedder, 1999 House of Blues.  I've seen EVs bit on YT but figured some here might have some knowledge.   Thanks in advance

    I have this one. Also signed but completely different. Is it possible that one is a box office poster, and this one is the show print?

    The artist of the other poster got back to me super fast!!  He doesn't recall either, but kudos for being a super kind man.

    Reason I'm looking for the artist name, is I have this poster and it's been donated to The Who - Teen Cancer America fundraiser happening this fall in Boston.  I was really hoping to have it listed as  blah blah blah poster by Artist XXXXXXX.   With Ed on the billing, it carries a little more umpph than just The Who alone.
