ISO PJ 9 out of 10 kids Shirt XL

Anyone have this shirt they want to sell? The more worn, the better! :)

You can find an original on Etsy pretty easy, just search Pearl Jam Choices. The original has more of a gold lettering on the front and green lettering on the back. Don't get tricked into a yellow and yellow version, unless having a knock off doesn't bother you...
  • Thanks for the info!! I don’t want a knockoff.

Just FYI, I bought mine at my first PJ show, Lollapalooza '92, and it's yellow and yellow

Just out of curiosity, does it have a Pearl Jam copyright below the image on the front? I only ask cause a buddy of mine back in Jr High also had one but it was yellow/yellow and didn't have the copyright. Even weirder, the image on the front was changed at some point from the original version of the girl reaching for the crayons to sitting more upright with her hand over the gun. I'm sure someone out there knows the real story. I just always assumed the gold/green was official because of the copyright, but maybe the picture on the front is the real indicator.

Interesting!  Well now I need to dig mine out of storage to find out (I've been too fat to wear it for several years).  Give me a few days and I'll post pics.  Now I'm wondering and can't remember if I bought my shirt at an official merch stand or out in the parking lot.

This is the one I remember, and I know it was sold (in western PA) at Hills department store (kind of like a Kmart). They occasionally would get band shirts in stock, and when they did, so did a lot of kids at school.

Well I’m still confused here. My shirt is really more orange than yellow. Has no copyright mark. But has the “original” image. Again I really think I bought this from the legit merch  stand at Lolla ‘92 but that sure was a long time ago

Who knows man, you may have something even rarer. Every time I see that shirt it takes me back to a time when music was exciting though.

As someone who is old... hahahaa.. I remember all of the versions of these from the 90's.  The bronze lettering on the front and green words on back were EVERYWHERE.  Every rock/record store that sold T-shirts sold them.  Yellow front/yellow back were legit, and I, too, remember them being sold at official stands at Lolla '92.  I actually own one that is yellow in the front, with green on the back, that I BELIEVE was purchased from ten club way back when.... and I personally haven't seen too many of them (meaning, i've never seen it on anyone else).  So as far as I know, there are those three variants, and none of them are "knock-offs."

The size of the back lettering of JM73055's, though, is how I remember them to be (from the 90's) and the one I owned (I actually just looked and don't have it any longer.. :(  ).  It is pretty big font...

Yellow on the front and back with the little girl reaching for the gun.  It's posted up above from Ernie Vedder.

  • Looks like at least 2 different shirts. One with the girl reaching for the gun and the other has her reaching for crayons
