He's right next to $2,000,000 now, in only 26 days I think. Insane. Off topic I guess, but man, I am impressed. The way this guy's brain works is stunning and fascinating to me. I haven't watched much Jeopardy for a long time now, but he's caused me to come back to it just so I can watch an extraordinary, freakish mind at work (also I forgot how fun it is to get the  answers to the questions right!).... dude still needs to work on that weird smile he sometimes does though. If EV smiled like that I'd think he was pissed off or super high or something, lol).

Nate the lawyer almost took him down tonight. Had James on the ropes but only bet $6,000 on his last daily double to get his total up to about $19,000. You have to know your enemy and be willing to gamble all or none when you hit these daily doubles. If you have $15,000-$20,000, hit the DD, and feel somewhat confident with the category you HAVE to bet it all. It’s going to be a fellow gambler that beats James. The two women the night before were like deer in the headlights. One finished with something like -$2,400, and the other wasn’t much better. He’s been brilliant.

He has also spent more time in a studio in a month than Eddie has in 6 years.

That is so funny, because I've mentioned a few times that I think that guy badly needs smiling lessons.

He joined the $2 mil club yesterday.  He got that Green Disease!

PS:  don't it make you smile?

He's already been donating some money to good causes. Makes him easy to root for.

I don’t think he’s goofy at all, he brings some much needed life onto that program.

The guy cracked me up today (I guess it happened the other day - I recorded it). He was talking about the job that Jonah Hill had in Moneyball, Alex asked if he would want that job, and he said something along the lines of "I did until I realized that Jeopardy contestant is a palatable career." Ha! .... and then he flashed that weird fucking smile, lol!

    Is it a genuine smile?
I love a genuine laugh.  There are some weird ones out there, definitely doesn't make them bad.
There are a  lot of fake smiles out there, all of them bad.
The worst of times..they don't phase me,
even if I look and act really crazy.
