Stevie Nicks, still beautiful, forever classy.

Stevie sure dosn't look 70.  Beautiful,,
She's alwasy super classy and always rocks!
Now, I wish The Cure would make a swing through the States.  They just killed it!!  Would love to see them.  Nobody was sitting down at their table during the Cure's set.   Everyone was dancing and grovi'n,,having a good time.
I was very disappointed with Janet not peforming.  I like her music, Rhythm Nation was a great album.  I know she's trying to stick it to HBO because of the neverland movie, but the r&rhf is about the power of great music that stands the test of time and lasts longer than the singers.  It's not an everyday occurrence to be inducted into the R&R Hof.  She should look at the bigger picture and honor the music, the moment, the fans, and be part of that larger artistic collaboration.
I just think she was the polar opposite of classy. So Stevie Nicks is 70, Janet is 52.  I think Janet showed a real lack of maturity.  Janet should take lessons from Stevie on how to be classy.  Stevie's life has not been all smooth sailing by any strech. But she has always persevered.
Janet should know that music and rock and roll, and the Rock and Hall of Fame have been around before HBO ever existed and will be around long after HBO is extinct.
What I mean is the music is bigger than us all....
I've always liked her music,,, come on girl get with it,!!!!  This was your chance to shine & you punted. :s

If they played A Forest and HBO cut it, then HBO should be stripped of the rights to broadcast future induction ceremonies.

Was actually surprised to see them do Shake Dog Shake, kind of expected just the radio friendly pop stuff (which the other 3 songs were)

    This weekend we rock Portland

I never heard of Roxy before.
I was disappointed Janet didn’t perform too.
The Cure always still reminds me of high school so much.  I remember singing their songs while I was skiing. Trent R is still so super cool

Just FYI, they are Roxy Music.  In my some 35 years as a Roxy Music fan I've never heard the named shortened.  Check them out when you get a chance, otter.  They're a great band and I'm thrilled to see them be acknowledged.  Their vocalist, Brian Ferry, is one of the best singers in the business.  Guitarist Phil Manzanera is exquisitely good.  Brian Eno was in the band early on and his contributions to music are massive.  A great place to start with the is Country Life:

I will definitely check them out. I’m planning on going to the record store and pick up a tape. Or use the internet. Either way if Duran Duran influences them there’s gotta be something.
Hey, is the power station in there?

I'm guessing Roxy Music (formed in 1970) influenced Duran Duran (formed in 1978) rather than the other way around.  If you like Duran Duran you will likely love Roxy Music!  Siren, For Your Pleasure and Avalon are other great albums of theirs!
