Well Rick Beato... what can I say.  Eddie Vedder, clear down at #16 on that list?  Come on man.

In my opinion, egregious omissions here include:

    Michael Stipe
    Eric Burdon
    John Lennon
    Janis Joplin
    David Bowie
    Stevie Nicks
    John Fogerty
    Neil Young
    Juliana Hatfield

and because I love them so:

    Jimi Hendrix and Paul Westerberg

And under the heading of "OK, so they can't sing but they at least deserve honorable mention because they are so cool:

    Lou Reed
    J Mascis
    and of course, Bob Dylan.

I guess unless it's someone who doesn't SCREAM through half their songs they don't make the cut.

The list was according to Rick, not in any specific order.

I think Trent Reznor, Jim James, Tori Amos could have been on the list.

“In the style of Little Richard” is a fairly large caveat.
I like the list in general.  The Tool singer and Alanis seemed a bit off to me, but I guess like anyone I am welcome to make my own list.

Solid list.  Kinda tough to narrow down to 20 if you think about it.

Amazing voice. Rips through your heart like barbed wire.
