I just looked him up as I never knew who directed it.  He also directed Deuces Wild, a very good but under-the-radar film. Did a bunch of music videos, too.  Sad to see about his death.

When we were younger, his brother used to tell us stories about whom he was working with next.  It was a neat 6 degrees thing.

Lost In Ohio

Years ago, I found some sort of "Ultimate Eddie Vedder Collection" online. It was basically every rarity with the exception of demos. I struggle to remember what was on it, but this was on there, along with Croon Spoon and I think Dead Man was on there.

There was an 11-minute version of Long Road on there and I think the version of Long Road Eddie did with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was also on there, which is an EXCELLENT rendition that everyone should check out.

Plenty of copies of this up on discogs.com for under $30. That is 25% off of retail. and $12 less than i paid in store yesterday.

the part about discogs I don't like is that you're buying without knowing the shipping cost.  I suppose that's moot because Vintage Vinyl did that too when I ordered from them.
