I wish they had more thumbs up on this board cuze I'd put as many as possible for this post! HELL YES! I FULLY agree Cree Nations. This is one of the absolute BEST versions of this immortal beauty and one of the greatest solos EVER EVER EVER, by far. :o:o The sound of everything about this song, in THAT place is just beyond incredible, Ed's voice :o, every clear strum of the guitar, all the slides...WOW~~> but Mikey really did some serious overtime with that solo...took it all to an even higher place. MIND BLOWING!! Oh and the end jam? Loooooove it. Extended pleasure. Sounds/feels so damn good!

Sorry to go the hell off (hehe) just wanna say I fully agree. ;):D

  • I was so glad they finally did this song justice live. I have their 2000 Jones Beach version which is awesome instrumentally, but Ed forgets one of the verses. This acoustic version gives me chills.
  • i heard that, that was beautiful

    Don't need a raincoat, I'm already wet..
  • I couldn't agree more!

it sends chills down my spine every time! same with the crowd's participation in Black.

  • Good solo, but then again almost all of Mike's are, live or studio album.
