My fav 5 songs

This is my 1st time on this board so just thought id let you's know my fav 5 pearl jam songs and other bands i like-

1) Thumbing my way
2) Nothingman
3) Low Light
4) Wishlist
5) Yellow Ledbetter

Other bands i like are the stone roses, the who, metallica, poison, the smiths, joydivision and loads more (too many to list).

    Some great bands in there. Can't beat the Stone Roses and The Smiths. The new Morrisey song Irish Blood English Heart is wicked.

    Good to see someone else list Low Light in their top 5. It's in mine, as well. Actually, it and Nothingman both are in my top 5.

    I love The Smiths and Joy Division...a well as the Who. Not big on Poison or Metallica.

    Most definitly agree with your choices, Nothingman is my fave, so many memories. But then i love all of Vitalogy, it was my intro to PJ!

    right now, i would say my top 5 are:
    1. Parting Ways
    2. Soon Forget (I just love the way Ed sounds at the very end when he says "..a man we'll soon forget.." and there's that bit of vibrato on "forget". Makes me smile :))
    3. Thin Air
    4. Sleight of Hand
    5. Grievance
    can you tell I've been stuck on Binaural for a while?

    i cant really go on...in general i never realy have any always favorites besides black. i go through stages. but black always remains constant. in my mind their best song and one of the best songs ever.

    i guess some i like are: green disease, glorified g, indifference, any cover they do, evenflow, jeremy, daughter, evolution, betterman, light years,grievance, love boat captain...blah there are so many. i love all their political songs. so w.m.a. is awsome.
