Last night I was watching the dvd live at the garden,and I was very moved when I saw Eddy staring up the song "betterman".The entire public started to sing.But the thing that moved me most was the grade of humbleness that Eddy showed during the start,man..... there he stands with his guitar on stage alone,the entire hall singing and he just staid humble to the audience.....
Not much musicians are like this....

    ANother thing that gets me about the performance of better man on the dvd is the way he holds a note on the last chorus for what seems like an impossibly long time. He is really giving his all

    There are severall very beautiful moments on that dvd. Like you said "touching".
    It was inspiring and refreshing watching that dvd.

    I just watched the dvd yesterday...I think one of my favorite parts is when ed is reflecting the spotlight onto the audience at the end of 1/2 full.

    This guy gives so much of his energy to his fans, it is inspiring!

    I wish i wasn't stopped from seeing that show by over zealous border gaurds or I would actually watch it

    i think thats the great thing that this shows is that ed believes that the music is bigger than he is. he doesnt own the music anymore the people do, and thats a very rare and touching thing. well thats what i think anyway.

    Besides the opening with "Release", during the concert I attended in KC...."Betterman" sticks out considerably. Just having everyone sing along...it was simply awesome.
