    It's basically a daily shake (Shakeology) along with an exercise program.  P90X is a beachbody program but it was developed separate from the shake thing.

    It seems to be mostly women or couples that become "coaches" and then they beat the shit out of your newsfeed every fucking day with pictures of them drinking their shakes, exercising, and eating nasty looking food.

    Apparently the "coaches" make money by getting other "coaches" to sign up underneath them and recruit more coaches, etc. to buy the shake which is $140/month from what I can tell.  The exercise programs come with the shake purchase.

    I went off on a bunch of women at work today about all their fucking fad diets.  Like, first of all, I’ve been there 17 years and they all pull this diet shit every few months or so, they never stick with it, and there ain’t a damn one of them ever lost a fucking pound. Second, all these fucking diets - Atkins, Beachbody, South Beach, Paleo, Fasting, Keto, etc are nothing but marketing schemes to get you to buy books, proprietary branded products, subscribe to online coaches, cell phone apps, and all that dumb shit. Waste of money. You want a real diet plan, talk to your doctor.

    I go with eat healthy mixed with some junk food, drink a lot of beer and exercise a lot.

    I unfollow but I can't resist checking in to see the stupidity. 

    I stockpiled my kids vyvanse a few years ago and took it daily during tax season.  I lost like 15 pounds.  I would eat once a day in the evening.

    Not a healthy way to do it but it worked.
