It's one thing to go from 500 gram packages of coffee to 450 gram.

It's another thing to rip out the vinyl which the analog level was soley based on pretty much...

Totally. It sucks and I've got plenty of time for an internal debate on whether or not I will stay Analog. I don't think they got rid of the single because of the cost exactly, but it would be interesting to know how much of a price increase there would have needed to be to incentivise them to keep it going.
