Order a digital download of a bootleg. I think that might be free shipping.

I swear half of 10C's revenue comes from shipping costs.

Stickers were free shipping at one point.  Not sure if they are still free.

While 10c are not particularly savvy in business or operations, they do know a good thing when they see it, and they have a captive consumer base that is willing to pay twice as much for shipping and wait twice as long for merch. No sense in making that free or in expediting the process.

  • Ten Club shipping isn't much different from the old-school mail order "two to four weeks" plans that every company offered in the 90s.

Amazon has put everyone to shame. Of course, they have warehouses all over the world with 24/7 staff and probably even have algorithms to determine what stuff to keep in which warehouse for faster shipping, etc.

But still. 10C sends stuff to Columbus via Columbus and Cincinnati and back to Columbus. When they don't do that, it stays in Chicago for 2-3 days.
