Brad Klausen or Artillery Design no answers about my poster

Hello, I bought the poster from Boston to @bradklausenand when I realized that I was not arriving at the destination, I asked for the shipping information. After sending me information about another shipment, he never answered me again and he has not been able to send the tracking number .

I had never had any problem with him, but he show a lack of interest in this problem.

I hope that none of you has happened and if he sees this forum he will at least be able to answer or return my money.

This is my credit card charge

Im still waiting for an answer.

Brad is good people and will take care of you. He does show posters for other bands and, being a mom and pop operation, sometimes gets bogged down w/ deadlines, etc. Keep occasionally PM'g him and most likely things will get sorted out. Good luck.

Of course info@artillerydesign.com, he answered once and sent me a wrong tracking number, he sent me the Seattle tracking number.
After that and 5 more mail he never answered  again.

I have never had any issue with him...in fact I once was alerted that something shipped and when I didn't receive, I followed up and he shipped out right away.

He did say that Artillery was the way to contact him so I would imagine he will follow up there.

Yes, I know also  I have never had issue before but after 5 mail without and answer I don't know what more I can do.

He is extremely responsive so maybe something has come up in his personal life.  It's tough when you're a one man show and you need to take some time off.  I'm sure he will make it right with you.

Brad is excellent. I purchased a AP on his site. At checkout my address defaulted to the USA with free shipping even though im in Ireland. I contacted him and he replied to say he would sort it when he is shipping. He send it anyway without charging me, which was great.

Brad will take care of it.  He is a one man operation (as others have said), and has a family and life outside of work.  He will get back to you.

That is a long ass time working by himself or not. Hope everything is ok with him and I hope you get your print.

I hope! All have a life, but if you have a job and that is good with has great service, keep that! I only ask for a response.

I know that he have an excelent service, for that reason is really weird he didn't respond for my problem.

It does seem really strange.  I've never known him to be this late on stuff.  Something must be going on.

Maybe hes not getting your emails?  Spam filter.  Brad's a good dude, dont take it personally, but I can understand your frustration.  I'd bet he connects with you soon.

He answered an email previously, it is difficult for them to be in spam, I also sent mail from 2 different account in case he had that problem.

I personally don't like these threads that call people out on private matters. I think we all like Brad around here. I don't know what you're wanting from all of us, but it sounds like an issue that's between you and Brad and none of our business.

Seriously? The OP has been nothing but respectful with his/her posts. Brad comes here in the past and has connections here with forum members. The OP ordered a poster 4 months ago from Brad and still has yet to receive it and they are trying another method of making contact with him. I am also very interested why Brad is not responding and hope all is well with him.

First my problem is not with Brad Klausen and the bradklausenholics my problem is with Artillery Design and Klausen is the owner and is a member of this forum, I tried to contacted before, a lot of mail, facebook and now here without an answer. If you dont like if other people have problem with Pearl Jam merch provider is your opinion, but I think different.
If you like Klausen so much maybe you can tell if someone of Artillery Desing can answer my mail.
