TenClub Analog membership T-shirt from 2018-2019

Hi,
I find the TenClub page to be quite messy (regarding codes, orders etc), combined with me being stupid its all a mess now.
I Contacted TenClub and they stated that it was something wrong with the 2018 T-shirt (my code was used but i did not recieve any T-shirt and the order history says nothing about it either) so TenClub told me they would send it to me now.
Qestions:
Can i reply directly to the e-mail i recieved from them?, i recieved TenClub e-mail regarding ordering 2019 Analog member T-shirt but i can not see any codes for 2019?.
Its not very important stuff, i just wanted to straight this up for myself
