Workers showing up and not getting paid for doing their jobs

Senators leaving town and getting paid for not doing their jobs

I swear I'm living in bizzarro world. I don't understand why it's so difficult for some thugs to understand that the HOUSE controls the purse strings. That's for any party, red or blue. It's our Constitution and some thugs need to understand the rules instead of trying to be above them. Tantrums sure are weak.

I'll repost this here then, from the Trump thread:

Mmmmmmmkay. Does he think they will suddenly vote yes? I wonder who really talked him down? I feel like he needs more than his lawyers talking him out of shit.

And take not of this: "The House also passed another bill that would reopen more shuttered government departments — but it was already declared dead on arrival in the GOP-controlled Senate because of a veto threat from Trump."

Trump says he is not looking to declare a national emergency ‘right now’ for border wall, urges Democrats to vote again on funding

Particularly since the House and Senate had passed a bill about a month ago that gave Team Trump Treason his wall funding and he walked away from it after Ann "President" Coulter and "Senate Majority Leader" Rushbo railed against it. We're dealing with a president who has no basis or grasp of reality.

"Very 'powerful' wall." Team Mueller's report can't come soon enough.

“We’re going to win. We’re going to win so much. We’re going to win at trade, we’re going to win at the border. We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning, you’re going to come to me and go ‘Please, please, we can’t win anymore.’ You’ve heard this one. You’ll say ‘Please, Mr. President, we beg you sir, we don’t want to win anymore. It’s too much. It’s not fair to everybody else.’” Trump said. “And I’m going to say ‘I’m sorry, but we’re going to keep winning, winning, winning, We’re going to make America great again.”

Oh man, this is sickening.  As harsh and hardy as they may appear, desert ecosystems are very fragile.  These slime balls should be tied to the rocks where the buzzards can pluck out their eye balls and eat their livers.  Human vermin!

For cutting down a tree that takes up to 60 years to reach maturity and can live to be up to about 1,000 years old?  No, not too harsh!

For camping and tromping on delicate cryptobiotic soils that absorb scarce rainfall, provide surface areas for nutrients to cling to, provide nitrogen and organic matter for soils and take 5 to 7 years to recover from even just simply being stepped on?  Not too harsh!
