    If I hadn't let mine lapse it could rent a car and would have to get its own health insurance.  As it stands, it can buy cigarettes, vote, & serve in the military. Can't drink for another 2 years.

    mine has lapsed a couple times. you don't tend to care as much about seniority when they rarely tour in your area and travelling for shows isn't in the budget.

    Marijuana is a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States.  It doesn't matter how old you are.  Some states have eliminated state prohibitions on private use or possession of small amounts of marijuana by adults, but marijuana is still illegal under federal law, which is the law in all 50 states.
