I placed an order on the site for several bootleg sets and some loose discs. I received a confirmation email for my order and , the bank processed the payment. I haven’t had an update and, I am not sure where to check. I have an order number but that is it. I ordered a separate order from Nugs, at a later date and time, and it has already arrived. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

    I believe the confirmation email gives you contact info for Nugs and tell you to deal with any bootleg question through them. Even all my non-bootleg orders have that in the confirmation email. SO go through nugs.

    Thanks for the info. I just contacted them. They claim it should ship by weeks end. Almost a month since they got my money.
