Or maybe because I thought it was '00-'18 so i just dumped 15 and then realized it was supposed to be '00-'09 so I threw the other list together by looking at my records quickly.

I'm a fan of 1990's music so my favourites spill into the 2000's...
1. Radiohead - Kid A
2. Radiohead - In Rainbows
3. Pearl Jam - Binaural
4. Pearl Jam - Riot Act
... and aside from the other RH and PJ albums, that about covers it for me. I've grown tired of the last few U2 albums...I like some singles from the Oasis albums of the noughties but the albums aren't great as a whole..Muse, The White Stripes, and The Killers have some great tunes but, again, I can't embrace any entire album by these bands. I guess the first Strokes album was quite good....and I liked an album called "Caught By The Window" from a Canadian band named Pilate.

That Pilate album is wicked.  Love Mercy and Fall Down.  Amazing songs.

In Rainbows should be added for the song Body Snatchers alone!

Yep, that was the RHCP album that convinced me they had turned to crap. I couldn't believe they thought they had enough good songs for a double album, there wasn't enough for an EP (IMHO)

I really don't think the aughts were that good to 90's rock bands that weren't named Radiohead (who weren't really playing rock music this millenium anyway). PJ made some decent albums. Wilco I guess got better. Green Day got bigger, despite not making stuff as good as their 90s output. But the aughts really highlighted the decline of 90s musicians. It was the era of Indie rock.

Yep, that's cool. I have friends that loved that album, but it did absolutely nothing for me. Not sure what it was, but my love of them had been declining since the the mid 90's, so maybe I had just had enough of their music. I really haven't liked anything they have done for a LONG time, with the exception of a few songs, so it wasn't just that album, but I did give it a try with multiple listens and just couldn't get into it

It's an ok album.  Not a huge fan of double albums. If they put half the songs that I liked on one album than it would have made my list. I Probably could have put it under "just missed".
