Can someone PLEASE help me with Nugster.... getting frustrated!

I am on a Mac... (also tried with Windows computer). I have the app installed... Open it up... Go to browser (Safari and Chrome) Click the link in my account to download but nothing happens... just the window telling me to download Nugster.... wtf?

Most useless piece of technology...

I don't want to download each song individually.... I ordered 8 boots!
Thx for any help!

Not very helpful but I always downloaded each song and they would automatically go to the proper album in Itunes once played.

I have the same problem. But I figured out you can drag & drop from the list on your browser into the Nugster app.... Not as streamlined as being able to just one-click & download, but better than option/right clicking & having to "Save As" for each individual song.

  • I go one by one. It really doesnt take terribly long. Not convenient though. And I do wish they could be housed in the nugster app actually. But oh well.

It can! In the nugs.net app, go to "my stash" and everything you've purchased is there to stream.

As for downloading the songs one-by-one in the on your desktop using the nugster downloader, you don't have to do that either! The nugster downloader does suck balls, and I too once thought one-by-one is the only way to do it, but you can download the entire show as a .rar. Just go to "my downloads" in the nugster downloader.....

Nugster is awful.  Everytime I have had to use it, it is an absolute pain in the a**.  I really wish the band's whose music is distributed on the platform would put some pressure on Nugs to develop a download app that actually works (what a concept!).  Also on a Mac here..
