ISSUE WITH MOBILE SITE

For some reason, I cannot switch back to the "full site" by clicking "full site" anymore. It always looks like this which is really limited. Is this a glitch that has an easy fix? Anyone else experiencing this problem? Started for me a couple days ago. Using an Iphone. It happens on the website and also on the stat tracker app. Please help. Thank you and god bless you.
