The First Casualties Of WorldWideSuicide.....Viva La Pearl Jam!
  • Ah, too many good ones to choose from. Don't be Shy is a great cover, but I like when he covers another Cat Stevens song, Trouble. "I drank your wine, you could've made your heart mine." Absolutely an incredible cover. I Believe in Miracles, The Kids are Alright, Baba O'Riley, RITFW, Fuckin' Up, Dock of the Bay, etc...are equally amazing.

  • Pearl Jam covered "25 Minutes To Go" by Johnny Cash at Bridge School last year, and it blew my mind.

  • Leaving Here --they took an ok song and blew it out

Baba O'Riley --Who thought it possible to cover a classic as good or better than the original. When you see it live, the hairs on your arms stand.

    Masters of War--gritty and intense.

Crazy Mary and Masters of War!!!

Both send shivers down my spine!
On December 4, 2001, Bush was asked: "How did you feel when you heard about the terrorist attack?" Bush replied, "I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower - the TV was obviously on. And I used to fly, myself, and I said, well, there's one terrible pilot. I said, it must have been a horrible accident. But I was whisked off there, I didn't have much time to think about it." [White House, 12/4/01]
*This is the seventh different account of how Bush learned about the first crash
